It's October, and time once again for the Twisted Stitchers semi annual Yarn Swap! Get rid of the guilt as you get rid of those odd bits and balls of yarn. Start with that yarn you bought, but now can't imagine what you'd use it for. Then pull out those half skeins left over from that big project, that you finish two years ago. Your odd ball and extra skeins could be the inspiration for another Twisted Stitcher. We'll start the swap in Highland Park on the third Wednesday, and finish at the First Thursday MeetUp for November at the Metuchen Y.

We''ll meet once again at the Highland Park Senior/Youth Center. There's plenty of free parking for those who come by car. If you're taking public transportation, check the message board to get info about bus routes that go from New Brunswick train station to Highland Park.

As always, we ask everyone to contribute $1 to help cover the fees that MeetUp charges the group organizers, and to buy colors cards for yarn bargains like Knit Picks. If you're short, just chip in another time. First timers: no charge and welcome to the group
