1st meet up was awesome!!
Marsha made this exotic tasting chocolate cake-type stuff that I loved and was able to take home and munch for breakfast the next day.
Marsha had her project to work on: a lovely, meshy-looking crocheted cami top for her daughter.
I brought my afghan-always-in-progress, but got so distracted asking Miss Janie questions that I didn't work on it much.
Miss Janie is the lady @ whose house we met & will meet again at in the future.. unless our numbers become too vast. She taught me how to long-tailed cast on (AWESOME), showed me all her various yarn & tool secret suppliers, her various projects... and totally BLEW MY MIND by demonstrating the Magic Loop technique.
I can't wait to see everyone on the 17th!!!
